It seems that all the links are hidden and are only visible to paid VIP users. I cannot see them either

TurboTax Error 190 occurs when opening a tax file that contains state tax forms not installed or updated on your machine. To fix this, download/reinstall the required state software within TurboTax, update the software, and ensure the file is saved locally.
Top Solutions for Error 190

Install/Update State Modules: Open TurboTax, select "Start a new return," go to State Taxes to download/install the needed state, then close and reopen TurboTax to open your original file.
