Just for info. As most users are finding out, Quickbooks is moving from Lifetime license to subscription. The sale of Quickbooks 2024 Lifetime has been discontinued.
I had been using Quickbooks Pro 2020 Canada but it had developed a couple of issues and was becoming almost unusable. My only option seemed to be going to subscription at about $30 per month. I really only use the Journal Entry feature so not heavy duty.
A couple of days ago I came across a website offering Quickbooks Pro 2024 Canada for $27 Canadian. This was a site which I was not familiar with but seemed to be well established and offered PayPal. The risk seemed low. It seemed like a fairly routine online download from Quickbooks with the offer of the codes immediately upon payment. Within a few minutes the License #, Product Code and Validation Code arrived. It works perfectly. I even installed on a 2nd PC which is legal.
This site was offering the US edition at higher prices. The Canada edition was offered by other sites at higher price.
This is just a heads up. This looks like the real deal and not a crack. It needs the Validation code to work. I suspect the Validation code is derived from the other 2 codes and may be furnished by a call to Quickbooks.
I cannot vouch for this product. I can only relate my experience. Since an internet connection is not required to run Quickbooks for many features, one might think Quickbooks could be blocked in Firewall. Since I was furnished with the Validation code, it did not involve Quickbooks.
