Tested on a new install of "20 Returns". Install was good and picked up a 2024 Return I have been working on using the 2023 fix. All looks good. Not able to test Updating since no updates were available. Looks good.

Hello,

I have downloaded Turbo tax using both links above. I have turned off my virus protection off. After extracting rar file . No .dll files showing up.
I need the fix file. Can you assist plz.

Instructions from the RG link download says:

After installation don't run program.
Movie specific edition file to installation directory > Run TT

Once you un-rar the download you get 2 other rar files that are titled_
TT 2024 CA Business ED.Zip
TT 2024 Personal ED.Zip

you use them as you would a dll file for which ever app you want to use

Like it states in the post above yours---there are good download links in the first post ---The rapidgator link is still good download link---

Finally got the rapidgator link to work and downloaded the file, TurboTax.2024.CA..Patch.Files.Business..Personal.rar. After extracted the file I saw the installer but no .dll to activate the product. Similar issue to one of the earlier user post. I do see one file "Intuit.CG.ProductActivation.dll" when double click on the .rar file, but can't get that file to extract. Very strange. Do you think you can share the .dll acivation file again if you still have? thanks a bunch!

Also, I do not get these files once un-rar.

Actually the winrar version I had was old and was not able to see all the files. Now that I see all the files, I tried the software and it works with the TurboTax 2024 release that it came with dated to Jan,2025.
However, since then there were updates and the .dll no longer work with the latest updates of TurboTax 2024. I think I have no other choice but to cough up the money for the license. sigh... Is anyone able to confirm if the .dll work with the latest update ? Thanks a bunch!

I don't use these programs---found some info on this that says still working if installed properly following the instructions


Once you un-rar the download you get 2 other rar files that are titled_
TT 2024 CA Business ED.Zip
TT 2024 Personal ED.Zip

you use them as you would a dll file for which ever app you want to use


I tried to install today and it is asking me to register. Did you get this screen (and enter fake info) or follow a different order?
I installed. Closed window and didn't open turbo tax. Transferred the crack (business version), updated, then open. Then it asks me to register

****Update - I installed both cracks and now it works


Let the app update before installing the dll file---to remove the app to start over always use a program to un-install it like revo ub-installer or your un-installer

Hi Gordo, Thanks for taking the time to test. The Bussiness Edition works no problem.
But the Personal Edition isn't working, which is the one I needed sadly. :( Were you able to update the personal edition to latest and then apply the .dll crack? Because after updated to the latest, the .dll crack no longer works.
The app starts by checking for updates and then exit. I Tried this on both WIn10 and Win 11 OS. What version of OS did you get both versions to work on ?

Hi Gordo, very much appreciated your help with this. I can get that version to work without updating. However, to be able to submit Netfile, it needs to run on the latest version with the latest update. And this is where the problem is.
Once updated to the latest version, the .dll no longer works.

Have a look at these posts

For those with interest in the 2024 Tax year, I can confirm that the method used in 2023 works for the 2024 tax year. Download from TurboTax, sub in the "New" dll for activation and move the "Orig" .dll back in to update. Tested using the "20 Returns" edition on 2 PCs.

There is a post on the 2024 activation here---have a look at it and remember any time you need to re-install the app you need to use a app remover program like revo to completely remove all traces---other wise you will not get the new install to work

Hi Gordo, I tried all of that already. Using the executable patch from 2023 version, but no luck. Swapping several different versions of the .dll crack but unfortunately nothing works with the latest TT24 update. I am pretty savvy so I don't think I missed anything. What I really like to know is if you can update your TT2024 with the latest update with files timestamp on ‎September-‎26-‎25 and see if the .dll crack still work on the PC you showed earlier.

Thank you, Gordo. At least we are seeing the same result. I think the latest TT24 update in September, 2025, messed up the crack.
Please do let me know if you find out any other method. I should have done this sooner, and would not run into this problem.

I have heard nothing back from the crack request so I have to think it will not get a new one for this year.


I can offer advice that I use a program called studiotax (there is no one cracking it yet) and I pay every year for it and it is easy to use never had a problem since using it and under one low price for the app license you get to netfile up to 20 returns cost is $17.50 plus yax for one key to use the app and is better than TT i think. I switched to it from using TT been Using it for many years now.No complaints at all and soon I will purchase a key for 2025 tax app download it open it activate it then I just open the app search for my saved 2024 copy and laod it into the 2025 app and all my imnfo is there all I do is change the numbers for the totals and save then send it to CRA.Any refund is sent out by CRA with in 4 weeks for me.
